Guidelines for presenters

Please check your presentation time from the symposium programme (workshop programme here). Presentation time includes 5 minutes for questions and discussion (3 minutes for questions in 15-minute oral presentations).

• File Type: PowerPoint (.PPT or .PPTX). PDF will only be accepted if PowerPoint is not possible.
• Aspect ratio: 16:9 (widescreen).
• Fonts: Use standard system fonts. Minimum font size: 24 pt.
• Videos: Must be embedded within the presentation. Additionally, upload video files separately in MP4 format as a backup.

• Format: [presentation date]_[last name]_[first name].
  Example: June6_Smith_John.pptx

Copyright: Ensure that all media used are copyright compliant.

• Deadline: Upload your presentation by 2 June.
• Upload link: DriveUploader link has been sent to presenters on 22 May.

Important: Personal laptops cannot be used. All presentations will be run from the auditorium computer to avoid technical problems.

Arrival time: Please arrive at the auditorium preferably 30 minutes before the start of your session. On arrival, meet the chair and check the technical set-up.

Technical support: Technicians and congress assistants will be available throughout the programme.

• A0-sized poster (portrait) is best suited for the board.
• Poster needles will be provided at the poster area.
• Poster boards will be numbered, and a poster list will be available at the poster area.

There will be two poster sessions during the symposium:

• Poster Session I on Saturday, 7 June
• Poster Session II on Sunday, 8 June

Please note that posters can be on display during the whole duration of the symposium.

Posters can be mounted beginning on Friday, 3 June at 16.00 onwards. All posters must be dismounted by the presenter at latest by 13.30 on Monday, 9 June.

Please note that the poster presenters are responsible of mounting and dismounting their posters. No poster will be retained nor sent to their owner after the symposium.
